Whether you are teaching students in person, remotely, or through a hybrid style, Mote Marine Laboratory can bring its fun and interactive field trips to your class–virtually. Our virtual programs are aligned to Florida standards and include an activity for you to incorporate into your class.

For Grades: K-8th

Theme: Ocean Habitats & Marine Research

Goal: Students will make observations while learning about habitats, animals, and techniques to investigate our oceans

Description: Join Mote Marine Laboratory for a virtual field trip to visit some of your favorite ocean animals and habitats. A live Mote educator will guide you virtually through the aquarium aligning this educational tour with grade appropriate state standards while discussing the latest Mote research connections. This is a lively and engaging program with time for questions and answers.
