Visit The Ringling from wherever you are! There are three ways to bring The Ringling into your classroom.

  • Video Tours and Lesson Plans – this program offers teachers the greatest flexibility. In these 10-20 minute video tours, a museum educator guides your students through 3-4 artworks at the museum, leaving time to pause and reflect, write, or interact as a class. Each video is accompanied by three lesson plans that are flexible for teacher use.
  • Live Virtual Tours – this program includes a live, 20-30 minute virtual tour with an experienced museum educator. Tours are customizable and available on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meets or other digital platform as requested.
  • Homeschool Third Thursday – our popular homeschool program is going virtual this year! Downloadable art education lesson plans are available for learners of all ages and skill level to keep students engaged in the arts all month long. On the third Thursday, join us for two exciting live programs, Virtual ROAR! at 10:30am and a live virtual tour at 1:00pm. Homeschool Third Thursday themes change monthly.

To extend learning beyond the school day, The Ringling also offers fun programs for kids and families. Check out the Ringling Order of Art Readers (R.O.A.R.) for weekly story time activities, or Family Art Making with a new episode each Saturday morning for weekend family making.
